Hey, mama

If you're here, it's because we both know that motherhood is not simply a life chapter, it's also a physiological reorganisation.
The structured conversations are with mothers who are in he first year of postpartum, who are wanting to explore what actually shifts in the body after birth - vigilance, regulation, recovery, the subtle dance between us mums and our baby.
This coming together centres the nervous system - your voice matters because dyadic regulation is LIVED, not theorised. Each conversation helps contribute to a deeper understanding of how mothers experience co-regulation, activation and recovery in real time.
If you are under 12 months postpartum and feel able to reflect on your experience somatically, I invite you to express interest below. This is not therapy.
This is contained, respectful inquiry into the embodied transition of matrescene.
